Blood Pressure Checks

Eastside staff will provide blood pressure checks.

When: Fridays from 11:30a.m. -12:30 p.m.

Chair Yoga with Janet

Chair Yoga is great for everyone, especially those with limited mobility.  The physical benefits of yoga include greater flexibility, more strength & better muscle tone, improved breathing, healthier blood pressure and heart activity, increase in energy and improved balance.

Silver Sneakers Program plus these other insurance plans are accepted; Peerfit, Silver&Fit, and Renew Active. You may have the opportunity to try chair yoga for FREE. If not, you are still welcome to join us for Yoga for just $3.00

Mondays at 10:00 am and Thursdays at 9:30 am.  Low impact video led seated exercise.

Arthritis Exercise (Instructor)

Join us for this low impact workout that will help reduce pain and decrease stiffness, so you feel stronger, more confident! Gently using range of motion exercises to help people of all fitness levels keep joints flexible and muscles strong, sleep better, increase energy, improve overall well being. VAAA is sponsoring this free activity!

Balance Video Exercise

Wednesdays at 10:00am.  This is an video led balance class designed to prevent falls.

Exercise Bike

Exercise bikes are available daily for your use and convenience!
